The way most of us look at our life is, it should be consistent and we must forever experience good and happy days. The slightest of worry or inconsistency to that state causes havoc in our minds and brings us into the loop of unhappiness and anxiety.

Have we ever thought that our ever changing life, its foevever struggles are the only constant in our life. Then why fight with them, instead should we not try to learn from them. In my experience, I have learnt and grown the most from these experiences and became more wise.

These moments taught me patience to hold on and to develop the belief that things settle down either when we take charge of things or let go off the anxiety.

The greatest lesson came in the form of confidence, that I managed to navigate through such situations and found peace. I cannot do it over and over again. I became wise to understand the pattern and not get trapped into such situations in future.

It ultimately built the awareness that a true rewarding life is all about living each and every moment mindfully and in accepting everything that life is throwing at me, without having to blame others for the trouble and by taking charge of my own life and owning the good and bad equally.

Ultimately accepting the impermeance of life and it's challenges and knowing, you got this and can come out of it 'everytime' makes it consistent and gives us confidence to follow our path.

So, change and grow and make your life meaningful to be able to see the everyday beauty that it holds.
